- Job description
- Support implementation and rollout of new commercial tools, systems and digital solutions. Work with distributors and sales teams to promote effective adoption and utilization. Provide support for DMS/IRED issues. Support user acceptance testing, system enhancements and new feature deployments. Coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress and track performance indicators. Support data accuracy and compliance across commercial platforms.
- Skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field. 1–2 years' experience in FMCG, sales operations or system support. Basic Excel and mobile app troubleshooting skills. Good communication, problem solving and teamwork. Willing to work in field with distributors and sales team.
