- Job description
- - Develop and execute trade marketing plans and channel strategies aligned with Sales and Marketing objectives to drive sales, distribution and category growth - Develop and implement Picture of Success (PICOS) standards and ensure effective in-store execution - Plan and coordinate trade promotions, activations, merchandising and POSM activities - Monitor trade activities, budgets and KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports and presentations - Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of trade activities - Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the manager
- Skills & qualifications
- - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a related commercial function preferred - FMCG/consumer goods experience is a plus - Good command of English, both written and spoken - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Good analytical, reporting, presentation and project coordination skills
