- - Responsible for strategic design, implementation, and management of the distributor network across Laos - Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies and enhance distributor capabilities to drive volume, value and execution targets - Manage distributor investment budgets, trade spend, ensure healthy distributor ROI and credit compliance - Develop and implement training programs for distributor sales forces - Identify and onboard new distributors while managing performance of existing ones through regular business reviews and managing deals, agreements and pricing strategy
- Skills & qualifications
- - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication skill both in English and Lao - Demonstrate strong negotiation and influence ability - Good command of MS Excel or equivalent
