- Job description
- Lead and manage the production team to achieve safety, quality, productivity & performance targets. Provide effective day-to-day management support. Plan & coordinate training & development needs to build team capability. Coordinate implementation & maintenance of new products / processes / production improvements. Monitor and improve production processes, costs & resource utilization while leading cost-saving, quality, performance & safety initiatives. Plan, coordinate & improve implementation of safety, health & environment procedures impacting people & production activities.
- Skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Food Engineering, Computer Engineering / IT or related field. Knowledge of food processing unit & equipment. Good project & change management skill. Good knowledge in data management / tool (e.g. Power BI, Excel). Service minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision. Knowledge and experience of SAP HANA, WMS is an advantage.
