- - Operations & Guest Experience: Lead daily hostel operations across the end-to-end guest journey, including atmosphere and community development and service recovery. - Beer Station & F&B Management: Manage day-to-day bar operations while upholding quality and safety standards. - Team Leadership & Training: Support hiring and training while maintaining accountability for team performance. - Administration, Revenue & Facilities: Monitor daily and weekly KPIs and oversee facility maintenance and upkeep. - Inventory & Procurement: Manage vendor relationships and stock reordering, maintain appropriate stock levels, and balance daily food and beverage inventory.
- ທັກສະ ແລະ ຄຸນວຸດທິ
- - 2+ years of experience managing hostel and beer station concept operations. - Demonstrated proficiency in PMS platforms, inventory spreadsheets, basic P&L interpretation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - High emotional intelligence, resilience for night-shift work, natural hosting ability, and strong operational discipline. - English proficiency is required; the ability to communicate with the team in Lao is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
