ລາຍລະອຽດວຽກ: Support Head of Sales & Marketing in planning and execution of marketing programs. Coordinate with DKT regional team on translations and communications. Assist in trade marketing program development with Sales Supervisor. Collect market information through regular visits. Report monthly sales and marketing activities. Develop relationships with distributors and suggest incentive schemes. Resolve operational issues. Participate in events to develop networks for product listing in clinics/hospitals.
ທັກສະ ແລະ ຄຸນວຸດທິ: Laos national with very good English communication (speaking, listening, writing). Bachelor/Master's degree in medical science (pharmacy, nursing, biology, medicine) or commerce stream (Marketing, Business Administration). Fluent translation between English and Lao. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Possess driving license and own vehicle. Strategic and critical thinker, innovator, networker, good listener, well-organized, proactive, positive team-player, flexible communicator.
