Job description: Find employers advertising jobs and help get them onto CareerLaos. Contact and visit hotels, restaurants, shops, schools, clinics, companies and NGOs; show them how to post and follow up until first job is live. Follow up every employer lead within 1 working day and log contacts in lead list. From January 2027, explain job posts and plans to employers who recruit often. Support Manager's meetings with company lists and presentations. Help arrange university talks and job fairs. Share ideas for employer posts and campaigns on Facebook. Send weekly reports on employers contacted and new posts.
Skills & qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Confident on phone and meeting new people; friendly and persistent. Good written and spoken Lao; basic English. Uses Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel. Organised: tracks every contact and follows up. Highly motivated and energetic; knowledge of AI tools is a plus. Knowledge of IT and new technology (websites, online systems, AI tools) is an advantage. Sales and marketing experience is an advantage, especially promoting new products, online marketing and digital sales.
Experience needed: At least 2 years
