Check jobs are genuine and safe. Keep site jobs up to date. Answer messages on Messenger, WhatsApp, phone and email within 1 hour. Run Facebook page daily with job updates, posters and videos using Canva and AI tools. Boost posts and ads by province, age and interests. Answer comments, remove spam. Keep records and send weekly reports. Support interns with posting and checking work.

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media or Communications, or related field. 0–2 years in admin, social media, marketing or customer service; fresh graduates welcome. Uses Facebook, Canva, CapCut and AI tools. Fast, friendly, careful with details. Good spoken and written English; Lao is a plus. Creative, keeps learning new tools. Uses Google Sheets or Excel. Has laptop and reliable internet for November–December. Knowledge of IT and new technology is an advantage. Experience in sales and marketing, online marketing and digital sales is an advantage. Nice to have: Facebook Ads Manager experience, recruitment, hotel front desk or customer service.
