ລາຍລະອຽດວຽກ: - Recruit and train sales team for distribution of Family Planning products in OTC and ETC channels in Laos market - Manage daily sales operation to achieve sales target - Regular field visits (route ride) with the distributor sales team and DKT Medical Representatives - Work with DKT's marketing team to suggest and implement trade promotion programs for clinics/hospitals, pharmacies and convenience stores - Develop close working relationship with distributor sales team and suggest incentive schemes - Gather and report sales results against KPIs - Resolve DKT operational issues and service complaints - Participate in events and conferences sponsored by DKT or distributor - Other tasks assigned by Line Manager in charge of Laos
ທັກສະ ແລະ ຄຸນວຸດທິ: - Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Medicine, or Business/Marketing - Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or medical devices, preferably with contraceptive product launches in Laos - Good at English - Strong industry network (healthcare professionals, pharmacies, NGOs, agencies) - Solid knowledge of product development, regulatory affairs, and pharma business practices - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong reporting skills - Laos national, valid driver's license, own vehicle, and ability to travel ~40% nationwide
