Finance and Accounting Manager

Job description: - Prepare and control company's budget. - Provide commetary to Managing Director/Head of Finance for variance actual VS budget. - Provide costs analysis for operation and check-up - Assist to create accounting methods, policies and principles. - Assist to prepare reports required by Head of Finance. - Prepare monthly Financial Statement - Ensure month end and year end closing on time based on yearly financial calenda. - Monitoring and analysing accounting transaction quality to ensure 100% accuracy of accounting policy/standard. - Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Skills & qualifications: - Bachelor/Master in Accounting and Finance or related field. - CAP certification is an advantage. - At least 5 years experience of Finance and Accounting. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way.
Experience needed: At least 5 years
Education required: Bachelor's degree
