- Job description
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across production lines and utilities to ensure high reliability, safety, and efficiency. Implement maintenance plans and manage overhauls to support manufacturing performance targets. Lead and develop the maintenance planning team and technicians in scheduling and executing daily maintenance tasks. Analyze equipment breakdowns to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), reduce unplanned downtime, and manage spare parts inventory via SAP/CMMS. Drive continuous improvement and collaborate across engineering and production teams to eliminate equipment losses, support line performance and maintain compliance.
- Skills & qualifications
- Planning, scheduling, problem-solving skills and ability to make decision under pressure. Proven experiences and knowledge in maintenance systems and relevant safety standards and regulations. Communication skills both in English and Lao languages.

- At least 5 years

- Bachelor's degree
