- Lead development and continuous improvement of Internal Control Framework ensuring alignment with Group policies and global standards. Monitor Lao PDR laws and industry regulations for company compliance. Coordinate company-wide Enterprise Risk Management process including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting. Prepare and present reports on internal controls, compliance and risk management to senior management. Liaise with internal and external auditors, coordinate audit activities and monitor implementation of recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Skills & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. 3-5 years experience in internal audit, internal controls, compliance or risk management with at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory capacity. Experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry highly preferred. Professional certification such as CIA, CPA or CFE highly desirable. Experience with international internal control frameworks. Proficient in English and Lao languages.
