Job description: - Record the assigned project financial transactions and assist in monitoring and tracking the transactions (expenditures and revenue) related to AIF investment projects in Laos - Assist in preparing the assigned project investment portfolio reports - Assist in creating the financial reporting templates by updating critical excel format to align with the project investment portfolio - Assist in performing monthly reconciliation of project accounts, coordinating between AIF investments, business units, and investment partners - Assist in audit and review of assigned AIF investment projects and the assigned business unit's financial transaction documentation (payments, advance and advance clearing) - Assist line manager in reviews and audits of the assigned project's financial transactions, verifying their completeness and accuracy - Retain project-related documents based on the project checklist and ensure they are relevant, sufficient, accurate, and properly organized - Undertake any other task assigned by the line manager
Skills & qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related (essential) - 1 - 3 years' work experience in finance and accounting - Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices - Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills - Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math - Hard work and able to work effectively in a team environment
Experience needed: At least 1 year
Education required: Bachelor's degree
Field of study: Finance and Accounting or related
