- - Lead month-end & year-end financial closing - Manage General Ledger, reconciliations & accruals - Coordinate annual review and external parties - Develop and maintain internal controls & procedures - Manage fixed assets, depreciation & tax compliance - Support budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis - Improve accounting processes & financial reporting - Mentor and support junior accounting staff - Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations
- Skills & qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations - Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Good communication and presentation skills - Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and meet deadlines - High integrity, professionalism & ethical standards - Willingness to learn and keep up with industry best practices
