- Run CareerLaos day to day under the Managing Director. Plan work, lead a small team, and grow employer clients from free posting to paid job posts and plans. Be the face of CareerLaos to HR managers at banks, hotels, NGOs, UN agencies, and large companies. Win big organisations, build and keep a list of largest employers, meet them weekly, present CareerLaos to HR heads. Sell job posts, packs, annual plans and corporate accounts from January 2027. Stay main contact for large clients, follow up after job posts, solve problems quickly. Train and coach assistants and interns. Oversee operations: ensure jobs are posted on time, messages answered, invoices followed up. Make final call on suspicious job posts, protect jobseekers' data. Approve weekly Facebook plans and ads. Represent CareerLaos at meetings, job fairs and university events. Help Managing Director with tax office and authorities filings.
- ທັກສະ ແລະ ຄຸນວຸດທິ
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field. At least 3 years in sales, business development, recruitment, account management or operations. Strong leadership: able to lead small team, set clear targets and follow through. Has met senior people in companies or organisations independently and can describe a deal or partnership closed. Fluent Lao including formal letters; good spoken and written English. Organised; reads simple sales reports and budgets in Excel or Google Sheets. Highly motivated and energetic, ready to move fast with new business and technology. Knowledge of IT and new technology (websites, online systems, AI tools). Experience in sales and marketing, promoting new products/services, online marketing and digital sales.
