Job description: Admin of CareerLaos website and Facebook page. Post jobs from employers' posters/files within 2-3 working hours with correct details. Check new jobs for legitimacy and safety. Keep jobs up to date by closing expired/filled positions. Run Facebook page with daily job updates and short videos using Canva and AI tools. Boost posts and set up ads by province, age and interests. Answer messages on Messenger, WhatsApp, phone and email within 1 working hour. Support interns with posting and checking work. Keep employer contact list updated and send weekly reports.
Skills & qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or related field. 0-2 years in admin, social media, marketing or customer service; fresh graduates welcome. Uses Facebook for business, Canva, CapCut and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude). Fast, friendly, very careful with details. Good spoken and written English; Lao a plus. Creative, thinks outside the box, keeps learning. Google Sheets or Excel. Knowledge of IT and new technology. Experience in sales and marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, recruitment, hotel front desk or customer service is advantageous. Send 2-3 work samples.
Experience needed: At least 2 years
