- Real work on a live Lao job site. Choose your area: Sales (find employers, call and follow up, log contacts); Customer relations support (answer questions on Messenger, WhatsApp and phone, pass leads); Admin (post jobs accurately, check new jobs, file documents); Social media and content (make Facebook posts and Canva posters, film and edit videos, write career tips). Day-to-day coaching, learn new tools including AI, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Skills & qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Accounting or related field. Motivated, friendly, quick to learn new tools. Good written Lao; basic English. Uses Facebook daily; Canva, CapCut or AI tools a plus. Careful with details; uses Google Sheets or Excel. For content: send 2–3 sample posts or videos.
